At the Aquarium

Today we are doing our last blog as we are returnining to England tonight! Yesterday we went to Osaka aquarium with our mum's freind and her children. The 'Osaka Eye ' was just outside so we went on it. This is the veiw from about 1/4 up.

When we went to the aquarium there were big crabs. In Japanese they are called 'kani'.

museum, baseball, pokemon centre

This is us at osaka maritime museum! It was quite intresting because you could go inside the ship and look round. You could also smell spices and i got some cinnamon up my nose!

Oh yeh, charlie is`nt realy this small!

This is when we went to Osaka dome to watch the baseball. Normaly baseball teams play each other 3 matches in a row and our team, Hanshin Tigers, were against a team called Chunichi Dragons. They lost 3-1 so we got tickets to the next match!

As louis just told you when we went to the first match we lost .When we went the next day we won 6-1.In this picture we are celebrating winning.Everyone supporting hanshin tigers let go of
whistling balloons .

Today we went to a pokemon centre.we bought lots of toys with our birthday money.we got ￥10,000thats is about 50 pounds.

Okinawa 2

In Okinawa we went to a aquarium.There was 3 whale sharks. They are so beautiful.

trip to Okinawa 1

In the last 3 days we have been in Okinawa but unfortunatly there was a typhoon.There's a beach right next to the hotel.The typhoon made it really windy .

This is me buried in the sand! In Okinawa there are lots of famous dive spots with lots of tropical fish. I got bitten by an angry fish! On the last day we went on a snorkaling tour from a boat and we saw hundreds on intresting sea creatures like sea cucumburs, clown fish, lots of coral and angel fish. We even saw a fat little statue on the bottom of the sea!

Pokemon film free gifts for the reader!

Today we went to the cinema to watch a movie. we got some free stuff and I`m giving away 2 cards so the first 2 to coment can have one when we get home. Unfortunatly its all in Japanese so you can`t read them :( .We will be going to Okinawa tomorrow so I can`t update the blog for about a week so dont think we`ve given up! LW

Today at the cinema we watched pokemon the movie.Theres a new legendry called Alsaraus.Dawn Ash and Brock had to return the sourse of life back to Alsaraus. Charlie Woodward

This is me and louis sleeping.When we flew on the plane we got a bag.In the bag there was face mask mum says they look funny!!!!!charlie woodward

IN japan on august 1st peaple do fire works. we went to a big display which has 10,000 fire works! there was 125,000 spectators!! We got back at about midnight.louis woodward

yesterday we went to a Rarmen house it was very tasty.next to the rarmen house there was a rice feild.when we went in there was loads of frogs.charlie woodward

sushi, zoo keeping day, fireworks

The other day we went to a restrant called the rotating sushi bar. It is very cool because it has a long convayor belt that goes round the middle and u just take of what u want and when u`ve finished a dish you put it down the chute. every 5 plates you get a little game and if u win you get a prize. We ate 52 dishes!Louis Woodward

On the 30th we went to a zoo at a place called Tenorji to do a zoo keeping day.I was looking after the Koala`s.Last time we went to the zoo they didn`t have a polar bear because it died.I love Tenorji zoo.Charlie Woodward

On this photo there is everyone at our zoo keeping day. My group were looking after elephants. In one night 1 elephant did 46 kg of poop and they eat 80kilos in 2 days! we also handled eels, grabed lobsters and caught fish. Loius wooodward

Today we are going to watch some fire works.There`s going to be lots of people there.Charlie

This week we are going to a swimming school called Itoman ss. When it is time to go in this wierd music plays. I went straight to the top obviously!Louis Woodward



Today 29th,we had lunch at a udon restaurant.I had curry udon so did Louis.My gran and mum had something called soba, it was cold soba to be precise. Charlie

Tenjin Matsuri festival and the annoying deers

On the 25th we went to Tenjin festival.The first float was a bit scary because they were carrying it and there were people on it.There were horses and cows.We had to stand behind the white line in case the bull carged or the horses reared,bucked or it went out of control. Charlie Woodward

At the festival there was this stand which had a trough full of goldfish and you had to catch them on a paper net and put it in a bowl. If you caught more than 5 fish you win 2 goldfish.Louis Woodward

This was very similar to the gold fish catching but with baby turtles.It was really hard .You had to catch 5 turtles to win 1.It was so hard because you were only allowed to use a paper net.I got 1. On Louis` 1st try his net broke right through. So he got 0.Charlie Woodward

This photo is at a place called Nara. There are hundreds of tame Deer and you could buy food for them. Here i had some food and About 10 deer are try ing to get it. They were realy pushing! 1 tried to eat my t shirt! The horns were quite painfull! LW

Fun days

There was a solar eclipse the other day! No Joke, there was!! Only at the southern islands could see a full eclipse so it didnt go dark. We went to the science museum to see it so we could get a veiwer. Louis W

Yesterday 24th ,we went to watch Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. It was really good but it wasn`t scary. At 1 point it shocks you but you quickly get over it.I won`t tell you what happens or it might spoil it when you watch it. Charlie Woodward

Wood workshop and Eclipse of the sun

On Monday 20th, we went to craft workshop and made some wooden models. Louis made trains and Charlie made chickens. Here we are with our Auntie.

Today on 22th, it was solar eclipse day here in Japan. Total eclipse was observed in southern islands, but we went to Osaka Science museum to see partial eclipse with follow eclipse viewers.

Our mum is a bit busy for next few days so she cannot download the photos but we will keep you up-dated by weekend.

bugs and fun parks

In Japan there`s lots of cicadas.In the morning they wake you up because they are so noisey. They are quite big , about as big as your thumb. Charlie Woodward

We bought 2 pet bugs in Japan. You have to feed them jelly and water melon! It is the type with a horn but it cant really hurt you because it it has nothing to nip against. L.W

This is us at the Universal Studios. We had just came off a ride called jaws. It was very scary because big robotic sharks came right out of the water and tryed to eat you. CharlieWoodward

This is me and charlie st a place called Kidzania. You do different jobs like a docter, a photographer, a builder ect. You then earn Kidzania money and can then spend it at shops or sports places. LW
